#7451 - use of timer in mode 0 and mode 1 |
Hello everyone
8051 uses two timers in 4 different modes which are under programer control. In mode 0,13 bit timer is used and in mode 1,16 bit timer is used Now I am wondering for what specific purpose this mode 0 is given because what I have understood is whatever can be done using mode 0, same can be done using mode 1. Then why to use mode 0 at all? Please help me in understanding this puzzle? Thanking you Rakesh |
