Hello,

Im working on a project to use
IDE devices with my microcontroller.

now ive read the ata-3 specs, and started to understand them, i thumbled
into a new challange.

How do i send / recieve data from
the UART on my microcontroller to my
pc?

im using an atmel 90s4414 for this project.

does anybody have specs about the uart
protocols, and maybe some sourcecode
for VB/TP/x86ASM to interface with my
micro via a PC?
