the AT89S52, which is ISP so you don't need a programmer. If you are making something without a serial interface that makes sense.
If, however, you are to include a serial interface anyhoe, why not go for a RS-232 ISP chip such as the Rx2 which require no external parts (except those you need anyhow). Erik |
