Oh My GOD !!!, You are correct Oleg.
It's almost unbelievable, I did such a silly mistake; Believe me I went through this code, the documentation, the datasheets and all other references for the whole day of yesterday, and it turns out to be such a silly mistake by me. I really need to take a break now !!!
