Those are probably the NOP:s between CLR S1 and your DELAY-routine which is ORG-ed at 200H. Look at what adresses the NOP:s are fetched from and be patient and step to 200H, or don't org the DELAY-routine, just let it be placed after CLR S1, and then look at what will happen when you pass the second CLR S1 and where you go when you execute the RET at the end. You have at that time made no CALL to the routine so the return-address is not defined.!!!!
