#76559 - RE: PROGRAM OF CONTROLLING THE RPM Responding to: ???'s previous message |
You have basically two options for setting speed: DAC and PWM. Then you need some kind of feedback, i.e. optical encoder or dual ADC. And software that hooks them together, sending enough voltage to provide desired speed. (the idea with dual ADC is to measure voltage and current, which together theoretically can allow you to calculate RPM, the optical encoder sends pulses n times every revolution, which should be easy enough to transfer into current RPM.) |
