Regarding the ICE: That's good to know. I was looking at the PDS900 (if memory serves) and it was about $500US. We used the PDS341 for the LPC764 and had no complaints with it.

Sub $1 is definitely good. We order in mins of 1k and sometimes go quite a bit higher (10k, 50k, etc).
