If you are not familiar with 8051, then i suggest to read the great tutorial on this site AND read the *bible* as Mr Erik Malund says
http://www.8052.com/forum/read.phtml?id=77313 You can program the 8051 for being interrupted with a logic '0' or with a transition from '1' to '0' in external interrupts 0 & 1. You must have global interrupts enable and also external 0 and 1 . Also let me suggest if you have access to a library search for a 8051 microcontroller book like I Scott MacKenzie book, they are very useful since they are didactic (explanation are easy to follow) Regards |
