#77470 - RE: External Clock for the LPC932 Responding to: ???'s previous message |
"A well designed code running on any uC will be as precise as an external RTC running on the same quality crystal"
Erik, could I use the RTC of the LPC932, have it running all the time, and perform other tasks in parallel without affecting the real time clock...or should I just use a timer...this has to be very accurate...should I use an external crystal then? I am still thinking of a external RTC just in case the micro's power goes out. Thanks! |
