Respect to the flash memory...
Have you searched in sst site for the datasheet, have you read it? i found the page of the memory http://www.sst.com/products....ST39VF800A in the site there in a txt with a driver for it "software driver". You can port this program to 8051 and handle the flash memory.

Now if you want to use the flash memory instead the internal flash memory for running your program of the ARM uC then you must search for an ARM forum and post your question there
