Wherever, as far as tutorial is there, people will take advantage of it.
When you put your tutorial on whichever site, please let us know.... Unfortunately I never used 90S4414, but as a matter of fact, it should be fairly simple, as dynamic RAM are not so simple to attached, as they require additional refreshing code burden onto uP. But static rams are just memory mapped, simple! address, data and 3 control signals (usualy) RD/WR/CS. If you want to use paging for multiple chips then only you require address decoding.
