If you either pretend to be the processor or use a simulator would will most likely find that your time1 & 2 routines stay in a dead loop.

DJNZ - decrement and jump if not zero.

if the var is already 0
dec = 0xff
jump

It is also a good idea to initialise your variables with a value before use.
