I think you are mistaken as to the cause being a 3k limit, use your memory display function (I assume you have one such) to see what is in the rest of memory

how do I get that memory display fuction?
Flash magic? or uv3? What do I look for? all fields full of hex values?

I am going to posted in the flash magic forum. No one has come out with a comment for me on my first question.
