What I need is some advise, or notice that help me finish this faster.

Use latch 74HC573, strobed with ALE/!PROG, to latch addresses A0...7, which you will find at P0.0...7. Connect address lines of external RAM '6264' to P0.0...7 and P2.0...4 and connect data lines of external RAM to P0.0...7. Connect address line P2.5 to /CE of '6264'. Connect P3.6 to /WR pin of '6264' and P3.7 to its /RD pin. Do not use P0.0...7, P2.0...7, P3.6 and P3.7 for other purposes than to address the external RAM!
Use MOVX A,@DTPR or MOVX @DTPR,A to access '6264', while keeping P2.5 line (A13) low, so that '6264' can be enabled. Means, only addresses containing A13=0 are allowed.

Fast enough? Now you will ask: But what about ... and what about .... Then we will eventually give an answer to this. Then you will ask: But what about ... and what about .... Then we will eventually give an answer to this. Then you will ask: But what about ... and what about...

Then, after a long and painful series of questions and answers you will find out, that it would have been the better way to read the few lines Andy suggested you JUST BY YOURSELF!!!

It make no sense blindly to follow some recommendations without knowing what's going on. You cannot speed up your design phase just by omitting to read carefully the data sheet. That makes no sense at all!!

So, pleae be kind and read what Andy has suggested to you. That's what we all have done once, what we all again do from time to time, and what you can also do...
