#79428 - RE: interface 16-bit Synchronous serial data Responding to: ???'s previous message |
I have look mode 0 in 8051, but its'n posible to modify baudrate in this mode. baudrate fix at fosc/12. ambe vocoder baud rate is 19200 bps. i am wory about missing data if use fosc at 230400 hz.
I'v been searching other MCU (ex. AVR) that suport USART, but all of them add start & stop bit & most of them is 8-bit MCU. HCS12 microcontroller(freescalet'tm) suport SPI, but it's inefficient to use here. Do you have reference about low cost MCU type that suport 16 bit USART? MCU use strobe signal as frame syncronisation (without start&stop bit) |
