This is why he must compute the vectors at a sample rate that is appropriate to the speed of travel and then accumulate the results from one sample period to the next.
There is a big issue here of course. If the sample rate is too fine then the error of the GPS will bias the results quite a bit. So the sample rate should be done at measurement deltas where the GPS error does not create significant over or under accumulated error. Michael Karas |
