The surity of not turning ON the arm before field is powered, it is accomplished by software. I'd use fieldcurrent to hold a relay that energises the field personally, especially on a powerful drive like this. But my immediate problem is driving the power MOSFET even to drive a 100W light bulb. What gate modulation are you seeing ? Steve |
