You are polluting your post with too many questions and, as a result I have no idea what you really want. hereis my attempt to figure that out. Please, in you next post in this thread restrict to ONE question.
I can not understand how to send the #30H,#31H,#33H... to serial after initializing SCON, monitor RI and then it is just mov SBUF,#30H,#31H,#33H... All this is described far better than I can here, in "the bible" one problem I see: SUB_RXD: is not called anywhere.
