Hi Andre,

If you are using Windows XP, right click on
the My Computer Icon in the start menu and
then click on Properties. Go to the Advanced Tab
and then click on Environment Variables button.

You will see this screen:



Please check if you have the Temp variables
defined in both the sections. If you do,
check if those directories exist. If not, make them.
