Not calibrate, but adjust gain and span. Calibration is something else.
You have a grave danger here, if you allow e.g. 5v input and someone apply 24V and decide to 'calibrate' your unit is blown. All PLCs I know (I hope you are NOT making one) are 'calibrated' by taking whatever a non-adjustable A/D produces and then scale it digitally. Erik |
