#80427 - Intel ICEpr 5100 (product PBA001)
Hello,
Searching the net for information...

I have an an "INTEL ICEpr 5100" with the 8051 pod with huge ribbon cable and also the 252 CPA module for programming the OTP 8051? But perhaps anyone on 8052 can help me I am desperate!

From what I can make out the unit can emulatate an 8051 as it has a HUGE and I mean huge ribbon cable with a vast pod

Intel product number : PBA001
Yellow sticker with : Emul - 06
Module for proramming : 252 CPA
Podule : Probe 252 (dated Feb '92)
(also has PLCC with ic inserted)
IC: A8EC256B
X922I868
(C) INTEL '88 '86

There is no software with the unit, but I am unsure of if it needs any or not, the unit has what appears to be a serial port and perhaps it just needs a dumb terminal I am unsure.

Hopefully could anyone spread some light on this as someone may have a fully working system for comparason as it would be wonderful to get this unit back up and running again.

So please please anyone with software, cable pinouts or anything please contact me.

Unless I am barking up the wrong tree?

Thank you
