Keep in mind that this is just an educated guess, I cannot say for certain that the above listed pinouts are correct, just that this is the most likely pinout. But to answer your question, Looking at your picture 2.jpg, 1 is marked; it's the pin on the bottom left. 2 would be the one on the bottom right, 3 would be the second up on the left, and it would follow that pattern until pin 16, top right. That is, of course, looking at the backside of the board.
