The Keil uV2 IDE is a port of the DOS/Win3.1 version of the software to Windows - the compiler still runs command-line under DOS. Under W95, the dos windows are less obtrusive.

- Try pressing Alt-Enter when the DOS window opens.

OR

- Open a DOS window from the start menu. If this comes up full screen, press Alt-Enter, go to Properties (Right Click the window's Title Bar and select Properties) and under "Display Options", make sure that the "Window" radio button is pressed.
