#80873 - RE: unable to display anything in YJ161A LCD Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Hi Raj,
Sorry for the delay in reply. One of the code which I used is from Keil.com. Here I write the data to locations 0x00 to 0x07 for the first line and 0x40 to 0x47 for the second line. What else could be the problem? As you said in your first post you can see only first eight charcaters as bloacks upon executing your code. In this case the most likely problem is "LCD is not preoperly initialised" or your display contrast is too high to display anything. I too would ask you to post your code here then only we can help you better. Also if possible post your schematic that will help us visualising your connection of LCD with micro.
