First of all I make an assumption here than you are talking about wichit sirichotes Easy downloader ver 2.0 website and hex file you are refering to is Easy52.hex and the microcontroller is AT89C51 the master chip in wichits setup. This chip doesn't support ISP so you have to program it using a conventional parallel programmer. You can borrow it from your friend use one available in your school/college or you can get it programmed for some fee.

Yes this website is regarding an ISP adapter for AT89S51, AT8952, AT89S53, AT89S8252 etc and some AVR family micros. Go through the two links I have given you to know more about how you can use these micros and ISP.

ISP stands for In System Programming meaning you don't have to remove your chip from the application board for programming it. In stead it can be programmed In System without removing from there. You have a programming header or something using which you program it. Philips IC's can be programmed directly via the UART. for atmel you need the SPI etc.
