i need to be able to measure magnetic fields in the range 2 milligauss to 900 gauss ... can't use a hall effect sensor because they only (sic) have a range 0 to 900 gauss Russell Bull said:
if it measure 0-900gauss, isn't that the range you're interested in? Ant Cosier said:
i want a range of 2milligauss to 900 gauss not 0 to 900 thats what i meant But think about it: 2milligauss falls within the range 0-900 gauss, doesn't it!? That is to say, 2milligauss is greater than zero and less than 900! So, if a Hall-effect sensor covers the range 0-900, it should meet your requirement? |
