Hello Christopher,
Looking over your problem description I would suggest the following method of fixing your problem. There is a lot more that could be done such as setting up the second timer to overflow after a worse case time to prevent your software from getting inside of a loop and remaining there forever. http://members.aol.com/cpu8052/seeley1.gif Regards, Charles Bannister
