Toward the bottom of the linked page there is an update section with information and download code for the Optrex DMF-5005NY-LY-AKE display that uses the Toshiba T6963C graphics LCD controller in a 240x64 pixel display format. You should find the code and information provided helpful in working with your own 160x128 pixel display. Optrex has a DMF-5000 Family Users Manual that you may also find helpful.
