We are using the MCB-900. The programming failure rate is quite high, so I suspect it may be in the bridge firmware (yes we are using v1.3). We see some that program correctly, some that program but the CRC's don't match and some that do completely unexplainable things to the target (such that they need to be parallel programmed back to reality).
But thanks for your continued interest. The people at Acqura use ICP for the smaller LPC parts and parallel for the larger LPC parts. I am discussing with them the option of adding an "always use ICP" checkbox to their programmer. Then we could build a standalone programmer out of one of their ICE's. The only other alternative at this point is to make our own, but we'd rather not pour design hours into that if we don't have to. GB |
