Philips 89C51Rx2BA
You may have some difficulty here, from one of my Philips sources "we will have a supply problem of 5V flash parts for the next 14 months" Erik That is very interesting. I originaly wanted to use the Philips 89C66x series of processors supported by the Kanda development board. However their web site said this version was temporarily out of stock. When I phoned them they said they had not been able to get any of these chips from Philips for some months and did not know when they would get some more. According to Kanda, supplies of 89C51Rx2 devices were not affected which is why I bought their board fitted with an 89C51RD2BA. Ian |
