Hi,
In P89LV51RD2 there is an IAP call to erase block zero, which is the whole flash. Therefore, if I make this IAP call, will the BootROM be erased? If yes, is there any way to erase the flash without erasing the BootROM? Thank you, Nitin The boot rom is quite separate from the flash. It simply shadows the top 4K bytes. It cannot be erased so do not worry. ian |
