I had the opportunity to see the Philips PCA9530/31/32/33 as an example the PCA9532 http://www.semiconductors.philips.com/pip/PCA95...532PW.html is a 16 bit LED driver with 256 intensity levels driven by IIC (2 pins).
Alas, it did not serve my purposes, but I can see 100s of apps where it would be ideal. Erik |
