I appreciate your curiosity about test program generation. Well I have a feeling that You are not aware of the technique and technology involved in test program generation. Even without documentation & circuit a board can be tested using IN-circuit technique and or VI (voltage / Current) technique. Well, this is not the forum to discuss about ATE Technology. I am happy that you replied to my query. One small clue have solved My problem. Thanks |
