The part of flash I was trying to program was already erased. It was erased when programming it with ISP. I have verified it by dumping it out on RS232 using MOVC.
Another problem is that there is no way to erase only a part of flash using IAP. There is only one IAP call to erase, which is to erase the whole flash. Could this be due to security bit? The security bit is set. -Nitin |
