Motor Parameters are as follow
No. of poles = 8
Rated Voltage = 230 VAC converted
Rated speed = 1500 rpm
Rated Current = 0.5 Amp
In 8051 since there is no special hardware is available for PWM generation and no adc on chip, suitable method for motor starting seems to be Space vector modulation implemented v/f control. I don't have any literature on that. If you can help me in finding that, I'll be greatful to you.
I need to worry only till the point motor attains 15% of Fmax. Afterwards hardware is there to detect motor position and hence to run it. My controller is supposed to give six gate signals to invertor bridge which in turn rotates the motor
