Will U tell which book U have started studying 8051 from. For ur problem's solution, U may visit www.beyondlogic.org to find the way for serial communication for PC. then U may choose null modem configuration of RS 232 at PC com port. U will be needing a level converter (1488/1489 or MAX 232) to interface RS 232 with TTL 89c51. Try and tell if any further assistance is needed. regards Zia |
