Have you tried to connect the 1uF capacitor at the supply point and ground of both the IC's and note that these capacitors should be very near to the Supply pin of the IC. And its better to place the capacitor of at least 0.1uF at each and every IC's supply point. All the Best, Sandeep Patil |
