#84365 - Why don't you just measure it?

Why don't you do what everone else does and verify your work for yourself?

Write a little test program that uses this timer interval to toggle a pin; monitor that pin with a scope; measure the time; Job Done.

If you don't have a scope, buy one. Meanwhile, write a loop to repeat the delay a sufficient number of times & flash a LED; measure the flash with a stopwatch; etc.
(you may have to allow for the loop overhead with this one))
