Hi all,

I am trying to use 89c2051's OTP version of Samsung 97c2051.

According to the data sheet it apears that both are same, but after programing (using the same home made Atmel's programer as for the 89c2051), 97c2051 does not read back to verify the file.

Can you compare the programing algorithm of both the mcu.

Help solicited please.
