It seems that these books assume that the reader already has this header file. There is no mention of creating it. Is there a collection of these somewhere?
1) any compiler comes with such a collection 2) once you have seen one (matching your compiler) it is a breeze to make another if your compiler does not yet support the derivative you are using.
