#84702 - Ada Compiler for 8051??
OK, so we've just had a thread about 8051 Pascal Compilers, and I digressed onto Ada:

http://www.8052.com/forum/read.phtml?id=84698

So that just got me to wondering: is there such a thing as an Ada compiler for the 8051?
AltaVista revealed plenty of sites that happen to mention both "Ada" and "8051," but I didn't actually see anything about Ada for the 8051.

I guess this is likely to be similar to the idea of Java for the 8051, but I'm just asking out of curiosity - not for a real application...!

BTW: The Ada language is, of course, named after Ada Byron, Countess of Lovelace - credited as the world's first programmer.
She programmed Babbage's Analytical Engine.

Tenuous Link: I went to the same school as Charles Babbage - though not, of course, at quite the same time...! ;-)
