I'm sure that any 8051 'C' compiler must come with the simplest of all serial comms programs - to send "Hello, World" to the serial port.
Keil certainly does.

The Keil site also has an example of how to do interrupt-driven serial comms.

I'm sure that some Quality Time with your favourite internet search engine, and keywords like "8051", "serial" and "example" would soon find many, many more...
