hello akaj thankyou for replying to my request for infomation on 8051 software.

the project i haveundertaken will use the 8051 to generate a pulse stream of different frequncies and produce an audible tone.i will try to produce 5 tones by varying the frequency i think this would involve the 8051 timers.

INPUT:DIP switich which will determine which tone is played.
OUTPUT:TTL HEX driver
:BUZZER
:TRANSISROR SWITICHS
:DIP SWITICHS
in the project the code specifying the required tone,is to be inputted to 8051,from the DIP switich.hopefully a pulse stream will be produced and heard on the buzzer. i would also like to be able to add two tones togetherby vary ing the ratio of the on/pff signal

this is just a rough guide i have the details of this project in work and i will have them tommrow
any help with the software would be of great help
