As far as the assembler is concerned, these have absolutely no significance whatsoever.
The 'C' compiler will have certain naming conventions. If you want to interface assembler to 'C', then the assembler must follow the 'C' compiler's conventions. For details of the 'C' compiler's conventions, see the Compiler Manual. |
