#86004 - But why should I search? Responding to: ???'s previous message |
While I am happy that these sites exists, I still don't understand, why they must exist?
Why the manufacturers, having discontinued a product, or swallowing an another manufacturer, must remove all traces of their old product from their website. I know it is a pain to keep a documentation online, but why don't they simply dump all old and discontinued products' datasheets into a single "old, unsupported" directory, unsorted etc.? Almost all of them are doing this, so there must be some explanation for it, but I still can't figure out... Jan Waclawek |
