#8609 - Compact Router speeds PCB prototyping |
In the just-delivered January 2001 Volume 40, No.1 issue of Microwaves & RF magazine there is an article (not yet online) titled, Compact Router Speeds Prototype PCB Development.
They are talking about small desktop computer driven router that will turn a copper clad board into a prototype PCB. I've been looking for ways to do in-house, our design prototype PCB fabrication, wavesoldering, SMT placement and this appears to be one of the modules we need. Of course with prototypes we can sacrifice the silkscreens and soldmasks we'd have in our mass produced production runs. Does anyone have an experience usings these Proto-PCB Routers? aka j |
