#86157 - problem with event counting |
im doing a project which uses a dc motor...i have 2 shaft encoders ( photointerrupters) to be used as control signals...i need to perform a particular task after a specific no. of pulses from the shaft encoder..( say 100)
I have set my TMOD as 05, and given the o/p of the shaft encoder to the T0 pin...reset TH and TH0...and TR as 1...I then gave a condition that if TH=0 && TH=64 then to do the task....this didnt work... I also tried by setting TH=FF and TL=9B then changed my condition to check overflow....this didnt work too... For the last 1 week i have tried various ways...but none of them have worked... pls tell me if my procedure is wrong..wht else i can do.. thank you -rahul PS : im using at89c51.. |
