Sir. I suggest you do not design anything using the Intel 8048/8049
series. These microcontrollers were discontinued 5 years ago and
they are now nearly IMPOSSIBLE to obtain.
When they can be found the prices are very HIGH !

A much better alternative is to use the 8051 series, they are
cheaper and have a better instruction set making them much
easyer to use.
