other leds turn off.I measured the voltage at the pins.The pins go to low state
The above seems to indicate that you have the LEDs and their series resistor between port pin and ground. That is a bad idea. Whwn i click a button on user interface each led lights up.But i noticed that when ANY 6 leds are lit up ,if i click to light up the remaining 2 leds the other leds turn off I tried my telekinetic powers, but they will not let me help you with code I cannot see.
