YES, is something to do with PSEN pin. That day I had figure out from some thorough observation on the circuit and wonder why PSEN is connected to ROM but not ram. Incase for Program ram, it should be connected to OE. if for Data Ram, RD pin should connect.

Thanks again to JAN WACLAWEK. About posting another thread, sorry for being naive. Please delete that. Right now I will try your check Ram method.
